Dear Aidan,
The past couple of months have been a little difficult for me. Between the morning sickness and your complete and utter shunning of me, I feel like chopped liver. I know that you still love me and it's not anything personal. Sometimes it's just hard to take when you only want Daddy, and nothing I can do for you seems to be what you need or want. Eventually you'll come back to me, and I'll be begging for a spare minute to myself again. For now, I'll just enjoy the sweet smiles you give across the room and the kisses you willingly give at bedtime.
